Being respectful to our customer is one of the most important culture attributes

Every business is different due to customers expectations, so the right culture should be one that can deliver those expectations. Being respectful is an important culture attribute. New ideas have to be realistic, in terms of ability of execution.

1. What was your key driving force to become an entrepreneur?

Usually, it is the thought that I could do better than what is currently being done.

2. What kind of culture exists in your organization, and how did you establish it?

Every business is different due to customers expectations, thus the right culture should be one that can deliver that expectations. It takes time to find the right people, to fit that culture profile. However, there are other considerations too. For example, a cohesive team will provide support for each other, but we have to also look out for abuse. Lastly, being respectful is key, and this is one of the most important culture attributes.

3. How do you generate new ideas

Depend on the context. Ideas could be for new business, new product or service, new solution for internal issues, etc. Each type requires different mindset and approach. To generate new products and services, it could be to address needs of current customers, or acquiring fresh customers, or opening up to new market. And new ideas have to be realistic, in terms of ability of execution.

4. What is your greatest fear, and how do you manage fear?

As I become older, I have less fear in things I can control, though I do worry about time.

Also, can I be useful to situations, without succumbing to my own natural weakness and stubbornness?

5. What has been your most satisfying moment in business?

Interestingly, the most satisfying moment is to see everyone are happy. Customers are happy with us. Employees are happy with us. Like MasterCard famous slogan, there are some things money can't buy.
